Steward AI is an AI-powered home maintenance concierge built by Inversion Capital LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers data collected through our website at stewardhome.ai, through lead forms on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and through our SMS-based service.
What We Collect
When you join our waitlist — either on our website or through a Meta lead form — we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
We also collect standard analytics data through cookies and similar technologies, including pages visited, browser type, and referring source. If we use a Meta Pixel, it may collect anonymized browsing behavior for ad targeting purposes.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you text our phone number, we collect:
- Your phone number
- The content of your text messages
- Photos you send via MMS
We use this information to:
- Provide home maintenance pricing, coaching, and coordination services
- Store your conversation history so we can reference prior issues
- Analyze photos to assess your home maintenance needs
Your phone number and messages are stored securely in our database. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number, messages, or photos for marketing purposes or share them with third parties, except as needed to coordinate services you request (e.g., sharing issue details with a contractor at your direction).
Opting Out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Text HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your requests.
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Add you to the Steward AI waitlist
- Provide home maintenance pricing intelligence, coaching, and concierge services via SMS
- Send you updates about Steward AI, including early access invitations and product news
- Improve our website and marketing based on aggregate, anonymized analytics
What We Don't Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your email address, phone number, or text messages with other companies for their marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate our service and website:
- Supabase — stores waitlist signups and conversation data
- Twilio — delivers and receives SMS/MMS messages
- Vercel — hosts our website
- Anthropic — powers AI responses
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising and lead form collection
These providers have their own privacy policies and process data on our behalf. We do not control their data practices beyond what is necessary to operate our service.
Data Retention
We retain your waitlist information and conversation history for as long as Steward AI is in development and after launch for active users. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- See what data we have about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data entirely
- Unsubscribe from communications
- Opt out of SMS messages (text STOP)

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database hosting, and encrypted cloud storage for photos and media. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your information with care.
